1. You have to have your carpets cleaned and protected at the inital appointment.
2. In six months, we will be back to clean and protect the open areas and this time you will get HALF-OFF the normal rates. (No furniture is moved at the 6 month cleaning.)
3. You are asked to commit to your 12-month cleaning at the time of your acceptance into the program. Carpets must be protected at that time.
4. 400 sq ft minimum applies.
5. Steamway Cleaning & Restoration will require full payment of the 6-month cleaning if the 12-month cleaning is not completed as scheduled
6. 72-hour cancellation notice is required on all appointments.
